Cells were maintained in polystyrene boxes with gel ice and artificial viable and unviable were summed to calculate the rate of viability for each pre-set. Mononuclear cells from bone marrow of rabbits in cooler with ice artificial occurs decrease in viable cells after 30 (3.69%), between 30 and 60 (7.06%) and between 60 and 90 minutes (13.57%), with total loss of 46.29%.</p> ER -
