Abstract

Huntington's Disease is a neurodegenerative condition which causes motor losses associated with a great morbidity demential syndrome. Its incidence increases with age. There is no cure, therefore its therapeutical options intend to increase life quality. This case report brings a patient with advanced Huntington`s Disease approached with optimal pharmacological therapy and a transcranial magnetic stimulation protocol, assessed in two different moments on its therapeutical journey, showing improvement on clinical and life quality scores, being necessary more studies to better elucidate the relation between such therapies and the results of this report.
